Pros:
Design: The Lava
Iris 504Q is pretty slim with just a little over 8mm thick. It has a good
build. Its back cover has a good grip. Its comfortable to hold and operate.
Screen: Its screen
is bright and sharp with a 720p resolution. The 504Q promises a good experience
while watching videos and browsing pictures etc.
Performance: Iris
is a good performer with 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor,
1 GB RAM and a good graphics chip. Playing games, browsing, watching videos
etc., were a lag free experience.
Cons:
Camera: Its 8 MP primary
camera is good at shooting videos and capturing images in daylight, but when we
tried it is not very good in low light.
GPS: Iris has
some issues in locking onto satellite signals. Even if it locks on, it loses
the link with sometime. So, GPS is a bit of a hassle in the Iris 504Q.
Battery: This phone’s battery doesn’t allow more
than 12 hours of average use.
Despite all these short comings the Iris is a solid
performer when it comes to gaming, playing HD videos, music playback etc. On
the top of it, its got a stunning look with a slightly curved design. Overall, it’s
a good buy at the price of Rs. 13,499/-
